Transfer student application process
Sacred Heart Academy accepts applications for students who wish to transfer into grades 9, 10 or 11 on a rolling basis. Consideration for acceptance is determined based on school capacity. Please follow the steps below to complete the application process and the admissions office will contact you.
international student application process
SHA welcomes international students who have chosen to come to the United States, seeking a challenging curriculum and superior education. SHA does not have a parallel ESL track, so in order to be considered for admission international students must meet the following language requirements depending upon which test they have taken:
- Minimum TOEFL Score of 80 (preferred)
- Minimum Duolingo Score of 90

ALL transfer and international candidates must complete the following steps
Step one
Admissions Profile
All prospective students are required to create a user profile so that the admissions team can communicate information and customize your admissions experience. There is no commitment or payment required to create a profile.
Step Two
Application Form
The online application form can be found by logging into your admissions profile. The information submitted via the application form is transmitted through a secure server directly to the admissions office. Once your application is submitted, your application checklist will appear in your admissions profile indicating the remaining application steps.
Step Three
Transcripts
Please download and submit the transcript request form below and submit it to your current school. This request includes your grades and standardized test scores. Upon receipt of your transcripts please upload your grades and standardized test scores to your application profile.
