Mathematics Department
Mathematics is a universal language that can be used to learn more about how our world works, as it is used in science, business and the arts. Mathematics can be considered a gateway to higher education and mathematics skills, especially critical thinking and reasoning aloud with group members are important skills to success at college and beyond. Our Mathematics Department provides students with coursework and extra-curricular experiences that will enable them to advance their math skills and interests. Small class sizes and an actively engaged faculty mean our students have the opportunity to improve their knowledge at their pace and with confidence. Students have the opportunity to supplement their close-knit classes with participation in the Math Clubs, and problem-solving seminars.
