  • How do I apply to Sacred Heart Academy?

  • Is an entrance exam required?


    An entrance exam is required in order to be considered for admission to SHA. 

  • What does it cost to attend Sacred Heart Academy?


    Tuition for the 2024-25 academic year is $18,800. This cost is inclusive of technology fees, cost for annual class trip, and yearbook cost. Uniforms, transportation and textbook costs are not included in the tuition amount.

  • Does SHA offer financial assistance?


    Sacred Heart Academy offers need-based financial aid to families who qualify based on income verification through the FAST analysis service. In order to be considered for financial aid, families must complete the FAST application.

  • How is financial aid determined?


    FAST determines the potential dollar amount that a family can contribute based on a calculation of family income and expenses. This process assists the financial aid committee follow a fair objective process when determining need-based awards.

  • Does SHA offer scholarships?


    SHA offers several merit scholarships to incoming freshman who demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and Sacred Heart Academy’s core values. Merit scholarship decisions are made by the admissions committee upon review of student application requirements including transcripts, teacher recommendations and application input. Prospective students who wish to be considered for a merit scholarship must complete the application requirements by November 24, 2023.

  • Is there transportation to Sacred Heart Academy?


    Bus service to and from SHA is available in many towns. Transportation costs are not included in the tuition and vary depending on location. For more information regarding bus service, click here.

  • What if I missed the application deadline?


    The admission committee will continue to review applications received after the deadline on a rolling basis. Once an admission decision is made students may be placed on a waitlist depending on school capacity.
