Kairos, adapted to mean "God's time", is a 2 day experience for juniors and seniors that invites close examination of our relationships with others, ourselves, and God in a communal and reflective setting. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to reconnect with themselves, their SHA sisters, and their spirituality. Kairos is facilitated by a group of fellow peers who encourage one another to share their stories, and create an environment where all others can share theirs. 

Accompanied by SHA Campus Ministry leaders and other school staff, students returned from a recent Kairos retreat at The Holy Passionist Retreat Center in West Hartford. Students returned feeling grounded in their faith, connected to one another, and grateful for the experience.
