Field Hockey and Lacrosse Camp

Learn the FUNdamentals of Lacrosse and Field Hockey with the SHArk field hockey and lacrosse teams and coaches!

Participants will learn game fundamentals such as stick handling, ball control, passing and shooting skills. Each day will be filled with fun activities and drills and culminate with a scrimmage all aimed to help you better understand the game. Whether this is your first time picking up a stick or you are an experienced player, you will leave your week with us with an increased knowledge of Field Hockey and Lacrosse.
