Congratulations on your acceptance to Sacred Heart Academy! There is so much to look forward to as you embark on this new chapter. We are so excited to welcome you to the SHA community.

ENROLLMENT Contract & Deposit 

Deadline: February 17, 2023

You may access your contract by logging into your admissions portal. Upon review you will be prompted to sign the contract electronically. Please note that a seat in the class of 2028 is not guaranteed once the contract deadline (February 17th) has passed, as the admissions committee continues to review applications on a rolling basis.

The $1,000 tuition deposit must accompany the signed contract. The deposit can be paid electronically by debit/credit card upon contract signature. To pay the deposit you will be prompted to create a Smart Tuition account through which tuition billing will be administered.

REGISTRATION FORM 

All new students must complete the enrollment registration form - click here to access the online form. It is important to complete this form accurately as this information will be transferred directly into our student database. 

There is a Course Selection section of this form. Freshman ONLY need to select a World Language, and whether or not they would like to take Orchestra. All other courses will be assigned upon completion of the Course Placement Exam. 


 

New STudent Course PLacement Exam 

Saturday April 6, 2024 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

All new students must take the course placement exam. This exam is created, conducted and graded by SHA faculty in order to determine each student's readiness specific to SHA's curriculum. The results of this assessment will be used to determine student placement in the English, Science, and Math. Students who wish to advance to Level II of their World Language may opt to take the World Language placement test on the same day. Please see below for schedule.

Required uniform items include:

  • Gray and maroon plaid skirt
  • long or short sleeve white SHA banded polo shirt
  • SHA gray zipper fleece and/or a maroon SHA sweater
  • Gray or maroon knee socks 

Optional items for cold temperatures:

  • Maroon, gray or black opaque tights
  • Gray SHA leggings

Shoes:

  • White, tan, or black shoes with rubber bottoms and no laces
