Tuition & Financial Aid
A $750 tuition deposit and a completed enrollment contract start the payment process. The deposit is then deducted from the total tuition when a payment option is selected.
The tuition for Sacred Heart Academy for the 2017-2018 school year is $15,000. Tuition for each school year includes activity fees, class trip fees and technology fees including the lease of a laptop computer.
The athletic fee is $50 per sport, per athlete.
Approximately 35 percent of the students at Sacred Heart Academy receive financial aid through the school’s endowment fund and operational funds. Sacred Heart Academy awards financial aid on the basis of need as determined by the FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) program. Freshman applicants should follow the admissions process, apply online and complete the FAST form available online at www.sacredhearthamden.org from August 1, 2016 until December 10, 2016. Financial aid awards are based on need and number of requests, and are given along with acceptance in January 2017. All other students must reapply each year for financial aid, the application is available from January 20th through March 30th and all materials must be submitted no later than March 30th.
You can access the financial aid application and read more about our Financial Aid Mission on the Financial Aid Mission and Application page.
